Assistance and support
Everything you need for a safe and comfortable ride is included:
helmet, disposable under-helmet liner, phone holder, front and rear lights, water bottle and locking system.
Before departure, we provide a short briefing on how to use the e-bike and follow the GPS tracks.
Assistance is guaranteed throughout the route in case of technical issues.
For added safety and peace of mind, all e-bikes are equipped with GPS tracking.
